Manage Account Information
Manage Account Information in UMClinicalStudies.org
My Account: The My Account link under Researchers on the left hand menu appears only when you are logged in. It allows you to update your account information.
On this page, the Edit Profile link will allow you to update the information you entered while enrolling in the registry, including contact preferences and enrollment questions, and provides the option for UM patients to provide access to their medical records. The Edit Profile link also leads you to the option of removing your account from the Registry.
You will see the Change Account Link on your My Account Menu if you have entered information for another person in UMClinicalStudies. Simply click on this link to move between accounts.
You will see the Change Role Link on your My Account Menu if you are also registered as a Volunteer with UMClinicalStudies. Click on this link to choose either your Volunteer role - where you can see what studies you may be eligible to participate in, or your Researcher role, where you can manage the volunteers that have been matched to your study(ies) or have requested contact.
The Enroll link will take you to the enrollment page under Volunteers where you can enter another person into the Registry. The enroll link allows you to enroll yourself, a child, or another adult as a Volunteer. By clicking on the corresponding link for each group, you will be guided through the consent process for each type of person. The consent forms will give you important information about the Registry, so please read them very carefully.
Remove your Account: You may remove your account from the Registry at any time. Under My Account, select Edit Profile and then click on Remove this Account. Simply check "Yes, I would like to remove this account from UMClinicalStudies" and select 'Remove'. Your account will be removed. You may reinstate your account by contacting the Registry Keeper.
