Forgot your Friend account password?

A friend account provides non-UM personnel access to password protected resources and information at the University.

Unfortunately, UMClinicalStudies staff does have control or access to the password you created - as this is done through a separate system within the University of Michigan.

Most often your username would be your email address that you registered with (generally the email account we send you emails on) and the password would be something that you set up through the Friend account system.
